This section shows all the responses collected for the particular survey. On the top of the page, you are shown the name of the survey with the count of Partial response, completed response, and submitted responses.
Under that, you are shown all the responses collected by the particular agent for the particular survey. Each response also shows the status, if they are partial or complete.
For incomplete responses, you can resume the survey filling process by clicking on the edit button.
Note: If your survey has data fields such as contacts, they would also be shown on the display card for each response.
Filters in Responses Page
The responses page has the option to use a filter to alter the data that is shown to the agent in this section. There are two filter options available:
Date: Agents can select a time period and only the responses taken during the time period would be shown.
Status: Agents can select any one of the statuses and only that type of the responses would be shown. The available options are — Partial, Completed, Submitted.
