Embedded Data Logic is used when you want to identify the respondents and calculate certain scores using respondents’ information. The steps to adding the logic to a question are as follows:

 

1. Go to the question you want to add the logic to

2. Click on the Logic button on the right side of the question

3. Select Embedded Data Logic

4. Select Criteria

5. Enter Field, Value & Embedded Data Points

6. Click Save

 

Note: You can have multiple embedded data points for multiple criteria by using +Else Condition. Embedded data points are of different types like contacts, names, equations etc.

 

Equations: Equations will help you calculate certain scores of the responses.
