Add Page Title & Description

In the survey, you can create multiple pages and you have the option to add page title and description to each page, depending on your needs. The steps to adding page title and description are as follows: 

1. Go to the top of the page

2. Click on Add Page Title 

3. Enter Page Title and click Save

4. Click on Add Page Description

5. Enter Page Description and click Save
